My motive was to see my daughters grow and be happy. From not having a second pair of shoes to wear to owning multiples business; there were a lot of obstacles to overcome.

The restaurant is being run by one of my closest friends that apply strict cooking techniques passed by her mother and grandmother with all we prepare.
I had worked hard in different industries and as a single mom I can affirm that is not easy to become an entrepreneur. My restaurant is also given tribute to one of the strongest women in Latin American History, Maria Felix.
